If you’re planning a wedding and not sure where to start in regards to the wedding day timeline, here’s a typical 8-hour timeline most wedding days revolve around. Albeit they’re modified for the couple/venue/time of the day, but this is a good starting point… and you’re welcome :)

3:30PM - First Look (optional)

4:00PM - Wedding Party Photos

4:30PM - Ceremony Prep

5:00PM - Ceremony

5:30PM - Family Photos

6:00PM Bride and Groom Photos 

OR B&G Join Cocktail Hour

6:30PM - Sunset Photos/Room Reveal

6:50PM - Reception Starts

7:00PM - Grand Entrance

7:10PM - First Dance

7:20PM - Speeches

7:45PM - Dinner

8:30PM - Open Dancing

9:30PM - Cake Cutting

9:40PM - Bouquet/Garter Toss

9:45PM - More Dancing

10:00PM Grand Exit
